How much will it cost to clean my house?
Your home and cleaning needs are unique, therefore we will provide your with an estimate after your cleaning needs are assessed during our initial consultation.
We will base our pricing on factors like the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean,clutter, etc.
Will all house cleaning visits cost the same amount?
The first house cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits. Usually on the first visit extra attention will be necessary to bring your home clean up to our standards. The initial cleaning will be performed on an hourly basis. After the first cleaning, your home can be easily maintained with our regular cleaning visits. Our regular visits are charged as a flat fee. You will receive an estimate for both the initial cleaning and the regular house cleanings up front.
Do I Have To Be Home the day of the service?
This is optional. Most of our customers are not home when we clean. If you are not usually going to be home you may give us a key and we’ll safely store it in our key safe. Only the owner and/or office manager can access the client key safe. Maids are given the keys for each cleaning appointment before they leave the office each day, and must turn these back in to management before they are allowed to leave the office each evening. These keys are returned to the key safe until the next cleaning appointment.
Do You Guarantee a Day and Time for My House Cleaning Appointment?
We usually guarantee an specific day and time for your house cleaning. When you sing up for regular service, you will be assigned with a cleaning crew that will be serving your home on the date assigned at the same time frame every time.
How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?
Typically, there will be a crew of two uniformed cleaning assistants working in your home.
Do I get the same team each visit?
We book you with the same team each visit;we know that the more familiar they are with your home and your priorities, the happier you will be. Changes may occur periodically, but consistent results are our goal.
What is the difference between Extreme Clean and a cleaning lady?
Many homeowners are not aware of their personal liability regarding work related injury and social security taxes for independent home-service workers.
When you hire an independent cleaning person, it is important to understand your obligations as a household employer. For more information see IRS Publication 756 at http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc756.html.
Extreme Clean manages every aspect of employment, including filing all required state and federal paperwork and payroll taxes for our employees. You are at no risk while we are working in your home because each and every one of our employees are bonded and insured. We assume absolutely all liability for our employees and their actions.
What Should I Do With My Pets During the House Cleaning?
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding them that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, to allow us to clean your home better and more efficiently.
Pets left inside the home on the scheduled service date will be protected to the best of our ability. We don’t clean after pets “accidents” in the house. We do not change litter boxes. If you have an indoor animal only, please let us know.
Do I Need to Provide House Cleaning Equipment or Supplies?
We provide all cleaning equipment. Unless other arrangements are made, we have you provide us with cleaning solutions and towels or rags.
How do I make my payment?
Payment is due at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service when check is not present or an outstanding balance is due. We accept cash, credit cards or checks payable to Extreme Clean. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will keep your credit card information on file at the office and charge your card once each cleaning is completed.
What about Rescheduling or accidentally Lock Outs?
Simply email or call our office prior to your cleaning day. We require a minimum of 48 hr notice to reschedule your house cleaning appointment. This time allows us to be able to find another job for your cleaning crew to fill the time slot you have vacated. If consistent cancellations, re-scheduling or lock outs occur, it’s hard for us to retain your regular cleaning crew in your schedule. Thus, respecting our procedure for rescheduling helps insure you will get the best house cleaning service possible. We know emergencies happen, in this case we will do our best to accommodate our schedule to your specific needs.

How do I get ready or prepare for the cleaning?
Make sure you inform us of any instructions, keys, alarms, pets or other specifics about your household/office. Clutter is the #1 thing that slows us down, so we ask for it to be as picked up as possible in order for us to focus on cleaning your house.
What if something was not cleaned properly?
If you are ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, simply call within 24 hours and we’ll return the next day and re-clean the area to your satisfaction…FREE! no questions asked.
What if something gets damaged or broken?
We are fully insured and will try to repair or replace anything that gets damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our staff. It is our company policy that our teams report any incident that occurs. Please note that if you do have something of extreme value, we ask that you inform us in advance so that we can show a high level of caution. If anything is ever broken or damaged, you will be notified and we will try to replace or repair the item
